- Civil Engineer from Escuela Politecnica, Sao Paulo University
- Masters Degree on Business Administration at Instituto Tecnológico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM)
- Ms. Lobo has more than 12 years experience in the fields of urban and regional transport planning, with emphasis in transport modeling. Her professional development includes the direction of projects in countries such as: Brasil, Mexico, Panama, Colombia, Peru, Venezuela and Chile
- She was Technical Director in consultant firms such as Cal y Mayor y Asociados, S.C., and Transconsult, S.C., for over 6 years
- Since last year, she is Director at Centro de Transporte Sustentable, an NGO (non-profit-making nor government association), in charge of promotion, training and consultancy for implementation of urban mobility systems in Mexican cities
- Her main projects at CTS are: Metrobus, Cycle path, Pedestrian safety and Retrofit for Mexico City; and Mobile System at Queretaro
